WINR’s Goals
WINR’s 12 Step-based program and orderly living
environment promote
sober, socially-acceptable attitudes & skills – fostering profound
personality-changing life experiences - resulting in women with the basic
tools to face life with resiliency and self-sufficiency.
At the center of the WINR philosophy are a set of goals and objectives
that have proven successful over the years with woman after woman.
These Goals are:

specific needs and goals – social, emotional, physical, legal and
financial.
To provide a combination of certified professional help along with the
support of peers who have walked the path.

WINR promises to comprehensively address your recovery AND life
So that you can find self-respect, gain the respect of others,

Components of the WINR Recovery Program
|
Primary Phase: The first phase of the program is an intense commitment during which each woman is required to work regularly with a sponsor, attend daily 12-Step meetings, and attend in-house peer group and relapse meetings. Each day begins and ends with group meditation to give the day spiritual purpose and closure. Structure is intense, and personal freedom is strictly monitored. Self discipline and self control begin in this phase. |
|
Transitional Phase: This phase is transitional living at it's best. Residents will have demonstrated their vigilance and dedication to sober living. All will have achieved continuous sobriety and 12-Step work with the sponsor continues. By this time the person has reached beyond the initial acceptance of her disease and faced the wreckage of her life. She has begun to experience the many benefits of her decision. This is a phase of self-direction. |
